Refurbishment works at one of our Dutch shopping centers, Alexandrium, kicked off on February 7.

Located in the Netherlands’ largest retail park, Alexandrium (Rotterdam) expects the renovations to be completed by 2023. High ceilings, distinctive design features, modern lighting and glass facades will give the 45,000-square-meter shopping center a contemporary new look. The existing mix of 125 retailers and 15 restaurants will also be expanded.
