Klépierre is proud to welcome Time Out Market to its Maremagnum shopping center.

This unique dining concept spans nearly 5,000 sqm. and features 15 kitches and 4 bars, carefully selected by the urban gastronomy specialist. This venue is set to become a go-to spot for Barcelona’s cultural, musical, and sports events.

In a completely reshaped building, it features a wide variety of food – Mediterranean cuisine, tacos, seafood, Catalan dishes, pizza, burgers, sushi, and grills – organized around large shared tables, event spaces, and two terraces offering stunning views of Port Vell and the city of Barcelona. Michelin-starred chefs Jordi Artal and Fran López are also present.

The Time Out Market at Maremagnum project brings great opportunities, creating nearly 300 direct and indirect jobs in collaboration with the municipal agency Barcelona Activa.

This outstanding opening is part of a Klépierre major refurbishment project of Maremagnum shopping center to provide the best shopping offer and enhance our customers comfort with improved accessibility and connections to the docks.
