Our shopping centers are a source of well-being for our visitors.

Post
Health is at the heart of our visitors' expectations, which is why we offer them dedicated moments for their well-being.
In our shopping centers, awareness, prevention, and services come together to make every visit an opportunity for self-care. Committed to better serving the communities around our centers, we have integrated this commitment into our CSR strategy, Act4Good®, to educate and inform our visitors while making healthcare accessible to all.
As part of the “Mois Sans Tabac” (Tobacco-Free Month) campaign and in partnership with the Ligue contre le cancer (French Cancer League), our O’Parinor center (Aulnay-sous-Bois) raised awareness among more than 150 people about the dangers of smoking and offered consultations and carbon monoxide tests.
Each year, October is marked by the “Pink October” initiatives, providing our centers with an opportunity to take action for cancer prevention and screening. In Marseille, the Centre Bourse organized a day dedicated to women’s cancers. In Villiers-en-Bière, a partnership with the Sud Seine-et-Marne hospital helped inform visitors about breast cancer screening. In Rennes, the solidarity walk “La Colombia” combined sports and prevention to support the cause. Finally, the Tourville la Rivière center launched its “Pink Laundry” initiative, a solidarity campaign to collect used bras for recycling or redistribution to charities.
Health is also a matter of inclusion and accessibility. With this in mind, our Iberian centers have implemented the “Color Add” colorimetric alphabet in their spaces, specially designed for colorblind visitors to enhance their shopping experience. Meanwhile, the Grand Littoral center (Marseille) inaugurated the first Assurance Maladie (French Health Insurance) agency within a shopping center, providing an essential local service for administrative healthcare procedures.
At the heart of local communities, our centers are multiplying initiatives to promote health and prevention while working closely with local institutions:
- In Portugal, the Espaço Guimarães center was recognized for its commitment to sports and healthy habits. The team also organized cancer prevention workshops in collaboration with Trofa Saúde Hospital to raise awareness of the importance of early detection.
- Ecully Grand Ouest (Ecully) hosted the AP2S association for a day dedicated to safety and first aid. Practical workshops allowed many participants to learn lifesaving techniques.
- The Italian center Il Leone collaborated with ASST Garda to educate over 300 visitors about cardiovascular risks and type 2 diabetes, providing personalized advice and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Finally, on World Obesity Day, the Les Arcades center (Noisy-le-Grand) organized awareness workshops with the association “La Ronde des Formes.” Dietary activities, quizzes, and expert advice helped break down stigmas surrounding this increasingly prevalent disease by offering concrete solutions for its prevention and treatment.
