Diversity week: 2022 edition

For this second edition of Klépierre’s diversity week, two themes chosen by our employees were in the spotlight: unconscious bias and intercultural management.

For a whole week, 50 ambassadors in the 12 countries where the Group is present set up training and information campaigns. Some twenty local initiatives gave everyone the opportunity to take part in conferences, workshops and events (photobooth, diversity tree, etc.). More than 740 employees were made aware of these issues.

At Klépierre, the Group’s D&I policy focuses on three pillars: parity, parenthood and inclusive culture.
